All reservations are handled by Your Host. Possible changes of your hotel reservation must be made in writing to Your Host. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

Cancellation and refund policy: Cancellations must be done in writing. In case of cancellation of accommodation, tours that have already been paid for, the amount will be refunded less a bank cost of EUR 25,- Cancellations must be done at least one week prior to arrival. All refunds will be processed after the meeting.
